1. About us

2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse an order if a product is unavailable, the price was incorrect, or we cannot deliver to your address.
3. Prices & payment
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the point of order via our secure payment provider.
4. Delivery
See our Delivery page for zones, costs and timing. Your order is our responsibility until it's in your hands — if a parcel is lost or damaged in transit through a courier fault, we'll refund or replace it (see Returns). Because the box is chilled and perishable, we can't refund missed deliveries where no one was available to receive it and the courier couldn't leave it safely, so please choose a date when someone can be in.
5. Cancellations & returns
Because our beef is fresh, perishable food, the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once your order has been dispatched. See our Returns Policy for faulty or damaged goods.
6. Our beef
All beef is produced on our farm in Somerset, dry-aged, hand-butchered and vacuum-packed. Weights shown are approximate; we'll always meet or exceed the stated weight.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price of the goods purchased.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
